[Resolved] Amway India — Money debited but transaction not finalised | |||
My axis bank SB A/C No is [protected]. International debit card no is [protected]. Yesterday night i.e. 31st March, 2011 at about 10.00 PM i was making a transaction with Amway India at GHaziabad for Rs. 5141/- only. The amount was debited from my account. However, the transaction did not materialise. My simple request is that the matter may be looked and the amount of Rs. 5141/- only may be credited back to my account. i was giving order of PV/BV : 100.35/6025.00 through net banking from my account. after completion of Cash transaction when portal was redirected for Amway website the page was showing error in page, due to this order not completed and money Rs. 5, 941.00 has debited from my bank account. Bank Transaction Reference is CCA11LEAE647IG79622302 TRANSFER TO [protected] AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE.
