I have been charged 11.81 since May 2017 for Amazon Prime Membership. I have tried repeatedly to get this stopped. I did not authorize this charge to my account. Please help me to resolve this matter.

I was charged for Amazon Prime in Nov. and called and canclled it . They took it off the Dec bill and and charged me agin $11.18. I want this charge stopped and not put on my bill agin.

I have two charges (one in February and one in March) that were not authorized. The mount was $13.07. Can you please take these off my account.

I was charged again from AMAZON PRIME again for 12.99. This is on my american express card ending 3961. Date 03/29/2019 and before. I don't even know what is for. P lease take care of this problem ASDAP or I'll call the BBB to report you.

I am on the phone with Amazon right now because I was just charged $38.45 TWICE for no reason. The gentleman had me on hold for several minutes while he went to "investigate the charges." When he came back he just said that they could not find the reason why I was charged, and offered to transfer me to another department that supposedly has more "tools" to investigate this matter further. He also told me I should dispute the matter with my bank. I told him I would do that but that I also want to be transferred to this "special" department because there are loads of complaints about this happening which means that Amazon has to take some responsibility for this. If their system is hacked, we need to know this. What is going on? So that is where I am right now. I am on hold, waiting to speak to someone at this very moment. I will update later.

ok good people, so this is the resolution of the call. I was sent to another department and the lady was very nice. She quickly identified that I was charged for MCT Oil that I ordered back in march but was supposed to return (I called for a refund since the product made me very sick and a shipping label was created and shipped to me.) HOWEVER, I also reached out to the company, since I wanted to expedite my refund AND let them know that I had such a horrible reaction to their product. They were so apologetic and they issued me an immediate refund for both jars ($38.45 each) AND shipped me a cold brew coffee maker free of charge. The company is Bean Envy. They are fantastic and their products are great. I am just sensitive to MCT Oil. Anyhow, I was put on hold for awhile, because she had to reach out to leadership. She came back on the line and let me know that they have processed a refund for me, for $76.90 (the total of both charges) and that I should be getting that within the next 3-5 business days. Easy peezy. Reach out to customer service, if you ever have any weird charges. They are really helpful. Amazon customer service # is 1 (888) 280-4331. I hope this helps someone.
The sum of £31.63 was taken from my current account using my wifes debit card on 24 June 2019 and paid to "Amazon Seller Repay" . She has never bought from Amazon and when I do I use my Amazon Credit card... Awaiting a reply from Amazon...Did not realise the size of this problem until reading this web page!
