This happened to my husband and I. I investigated myself. We had a chase account our cell phones are through metro my number was once owned by Anthony Washington he used his old number Wich is now my number he also used that number for Amazon so he linked into our bank account we were paying bills in Vancouver Washington. I thought my husband had a girlfriend I could get on Amazon there were SEXy lingerie I said I can't wear that too big. I started my investigation. My husband is a Machanic he orders alot of parts through Amazon. Chase bank is trying to make us pay for the remainder of the charges we didn't make how can someone make charges on a closed account??? We were taken for a little over $5, 000.00 over a period of time. Anthony Washington and his wife Larissa Winfrey are at large. Because I had his phone number I could access his Amazon account. Actually I tried to login to my account and 2 accounts popped up mine and his that's how I discovered all of this . Amazon is full of ### just like Chase Bank in my opinion and yes I'm practicing freedom of speech.

My story is the same. I received a Credit Card statement for a card I do not have, never ordered, yet a $51.60 charge has been made against it. I can find no answers except those above. Have contacted Chase, closed the account, and filed a fraudulant charge against this. We shall see. They picked the wrong blonde to mess with.!!!

We have not had Amazon Prime since August 21, 2018. We have unauthorized charges on charge card every month since then of $12.99 which totals $51.96 that they have of ours. Need this stopped ASAP. Want the amount of $51.96 returned to us. Will have the bank stop all payment to them and file fraud charges on Amazon. Would like to have a response on this matter ASAP.
Charge $12.99 on credit card I'm not sure, but I think it is for free returns (no charge postage returns). I do not want this charge for returns as We do not order that much to have returns (free) Thanks R.B.

Amazon.com Bill WA — Fraudulent Charges
Why is Amazon.com charging my checking for purchases that I did not make? On 10/19/09 they charged my checking account for 4-purchases that I never bought, nor have I received them!
