HI,
My name is SUBHASH CHANDRA DUBEY.
I am consumer of Bharat gas from last 8 or 9 years and between this time I am not faced any problem but now from last 3 months, due to the dictatorship od dealer of bharat gas, I am facing the problem alot.

from last 3 months is is not booking my cylinder. When I am ask for the reason, he told me that I am not residing there. i don't know which kind of informer he has to inform him.

I done a lot of communication with BHARAT GAS in this scenario but can't get anything. Still I am looking for the resolution. What I have to do to get the cylinder. May I change my address oor what is the option I have?

Dear Sir,

Our Connsumer Number is 19518. I have booked for Bharat Gas Cylinder on 30-05-11, Booking Number 360. More than ten days period has already been elapsed despite of our repeated calls simply they are answering "will be delivered within two days". The Agent details is as under:

I kindly request you to initiate appropriate action for early delivery of gas cylinder and onward promptly. I have called the agent and while clarifying about their letharjic attitudes towards cousumers rights my call was disconnected immannerly. I first complaint to Customer Care on dated on[protected] complaint no. 40015744,[protected] date complaint no. [protected], plenty of complaints we give but no action taken by any responsible person .

Please educate the staff to answer mannerly.

I kindly request you to direct the concerned authority to deliver the cylinder immediately.

Shiv Shakti Gas Service, 1/10, Shop No-3, Indira Vikas Colony, NiranKari Colony N DELHI 10009 Tel:[protected], 27603444, 27605402, [protected]now problem is that bharat gas not delivered to right delivery last six months, I have booked the cylender on 30 May, i called up 10-12 times the phone was not picked, today 18-06-11 gas not recd plz action against my complaint its happens several times but i ignored my now its the limit. Do as you can, i will be very thankful to you.

my consumer no, 7873 in mayur vihar ph II, my cylinder don't deliver at time.. I booked my cylinder on 21/12/11 but unfortunately not deliver till now.. I asked to Manager Mr. Purshottam he told me your cylinder deliver after 21 days from last delivery date.. why will you deliver deliver date because we use our neighbour cylinder for six days, my cylinder time increase every month how we will manage cylinder.. kindly confirm cylinder book after twenty one days of cylinder booking... not a delivery date

Dear SIR,

My name is PD Mathur and i am retired 72 year old. I am a customer of lpg bharat gas from last 20 years and am facing lot of problems from the designated dealer OORJA AGENCIES at Badarpur as they promise to take booking only after 20 days and even after taking the booking the cylinder does not get delivered as i have to wait for another 10-12 days. It is after making numerous calls i get my refilling.

If my complaint is being registered and reviewed at Bharat gas then i would request the concerned people to at least look into this matter and have a discussion with the dealer to avoid such unnecessary delays.
LAST MONTH I COMPLANT FOR LATE DELEVERY OF LPG CYLINDER OF MY DISTRIBUTOR M/S BHARAT GAS SERVICE, JAHANGIR PURI, DELHI - 110033 TELE.NO.[protected] & I RECEIVED YOUR REPLY AS PER FOLLOWINGS

Respected Sir/Madam, I am the subscriber of BHARAT GAS, my dealer is Satish & Co. Hauz Khas, New Delhi. My consumer no. is 16708. Last time I booked cylinder on 17th September 2012 which was delivered on 20th. (In which there was no indication about the subsidy. This month I booked cylinder on 24th October which was delivered today i.e on 26th (In they mentioned this is your 2nd cylinder and further if you book cylinder then you have to pay without subsidy. Then I talked to the person concerned in the agency, he was so rood and said I don't know you do what ever you want to do. I just wanted to know what is the criteria of subsidy and how many subsided cylinder we will get and how you are calculating this. One more request I am a handicapped lady and not even to walk and in in this condition I can only contact you or dealer through phone and when I phoned to the Satish & Co. they are very rood to me. Sir, I am not illiterate. Please give me an answer and also contact me on phone to clear about the subsidy.

My consumer no: is Y7406- gas Agency-Westend Gas Service WZ-69C Todapur Near Inderpuri, New Delhi-110012.

Every two years there is a pipe inspection.That is fine but being coerced to buy the pipe is wrong. Especially if the pipe has been maintained and in good condition. Unaware consumers are literally frightened into buying the pipes. This is arm flexing. Please check.

Sir, Till the govt put on cap on the maximum no of cylinders, i was purchasing it from the dealer without the book. Thereafter I approached the dealor M/s Pamposh Enterprises, nallabal Nowwshera, Srinagar Kashmir for the new connection because I was not having any documents. After completing all the formalities, I god two cylinders, etc. but on the blue book he wrote NON SUBSIDIZED CONNECTION. Sir, what is this. Am I not the citizen of India. Why this disparity with me. My consumer no. in 57148114 and my name is Mohammad Afzal Mir, S/O ABdul Ahad R/O Lal Bazar, Srinagar.
