THIS IS A COPY THE LETTER WHICH I HAVE SENT TO THE ABOVE COMPANY THE SAME HAS BEEN FORWARDING TO YOU TO TAKE IMMIDIATE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE ABOVE SAID COMPANY AND ARRANGE TO PROVIDE THE JUSTICE AT THE EARLIEST

Dear Sir/Madam,
With reference to the above captioned subject, I the undersigned hereby write few lines to your kind notice and necessary instant action with pain. Dated 17/03/2008 I have shown interest to put my hard and earned money to such place where my invested my was fully safe and secured by taking the help of AnandRathi as my financial adviser and the same day they have send Mr.Veeresh to my place and I explained all my requirements and financial planning’s to him for the same , he advice me to put my money in Birla Sun life’s saral jeevan plan by paying Rs.29920/- yearly to get more secured unbelievable returns and benefits which was no one is offering in the market except this plan without any deductions from your invested money i.e. from Rs.29920/, like admin/service etc charges where other co.’s collecting, to get the same minimum 3 instalments to be paid without fail and maximum is up to your financial conditions ,and also he told to provide prompt service at all time whenever I need by my door step so, finally I was invested my money on the same plan wide policy no.[protected], after this neither he come back to me nor available in any manner, and I tried to contact him several times to give next instalments and I only traced the exact place to pay the same and I paid 2 instalments also to get the benefits only, because I don’t want to lose the same which was clearly mentioned to must pay 3 instalments to get the explained attractive returns and benefits which was my need at the time of making my policy. After that I lost my hope on him as well as your organisation about poor service, after sent several mails also no one is come forward to solve my problem, and I stopped to pay further instalments, and also I came to know that when I was in need of my money, after my 3 deposits the co. Has deducted so much of charged in my deposited amount which was un expected by me and I was shocked to see my present amount status after the said deductions that was very poor to withdraw , if I withdraw I will get only Rs60000/- where my deposited amount was nearly Rs.90000/- 30000 was deducted, and the explained policy also not good according to my requirements, he simply told false information’s to me to get my policy, he explained such policy which brings to him a huge commission, after explaining everything to my personnel legal cell Bangalore and as per their advice now I have no way to approach Bangalore consumer forum to get my 3 instalments commission which veeresh from Aanadrathi was enjoyed where he has no rights to enjoy the same because of his poor service and false information’s passed to me. And to get all the amount which was deducted from my deposited amount with interest and damages for the same, So, I hereby finally requesting to M/s Aanadrathi to arrange to provide the same within 7 days from the receipt of this mail, failing to which I have to move to take further legal steps at your cost and risk.
