We are SLV Distributors, having our account in andhra bank. We had applied for internet banking, we got our User ID and password. We cannot access the user ID properly. Always it ask for Customer ID, after entering customer ID also it wont take. Please advise.

i can't visible log in password so i try to 5 times to log in.i got the statement as
maximum time expired to log in when i enter to 6th time.am new to the internet
banking.i didn't registered in that.kindly request you to send the new log in

so that i have to go for transactions ...
