The faculty of civil Engineering department of Andhra University College of Engineering, Visakhapatnam are least bothered about completing the Thesis of Post Graduate Students. They delay it for years. This effected the carrier of many students who pursued their education in this department. The reason for delay is most of the faculty members are incapable of doing research and cannot give thesis topics for students. They simply adopt some modifications in other Universities'/NIT's thesis and make to submit. Even in this they make huge delay. This is badly effecting the carrier of many students.
