[Resolved]  Anna University Chennai — PAN card not received

Respected Sir,

Warm Greetings. I have received my PAN No ten years back.But i did not get the PAN card.I contacted the incometax department, Nungabakkam, Chennai.They collected my address.But still i did not get the card.I received PAN when i was working in T.S.Narayanaswami college of arts and science during 1998.But i got appointment in Anna University Chennai six years back and working now. I am also to inform you that i have changed my name as K.S.Sivakumaren from S.Sivakumar

I need PAN card.Please guide me what i should do?
