Sir, Am Rekha from trichy my bhorther holding a Indane gas cylinder connection in Annai Saratha Gas Agency in Trichy. My consumer No is 24966. Name-Mr.IllayaRaja. The issue is we booked the cylinder on Monday(01/12/2008), over telephonebut the lady refuse to do that, she ask to come personnel to verify the card n ration card, and she issued one sticker which should b sticked on the receipt when they issue the cylinder, so we went on tuesday (02/12/2008) personnel and got the sticker and we booked the cylinder, still we didnt recevie the cylinder, there is delay in providing the cylinder.another issue is during working hour if we call to agency phone number, the lady is not picking up the phone, if she picks up also she is not giving the proper answer for us, we are suffering a lot. today also i made a call at 2.20 PM in the afternoon (10/12/2008).But nobody picks up the call. what a customer service you are providing. without cylinder we cannot do anything. please kindly see to this issue n act as soon as possible. customer care is going very bad in Trichy. Annai Indane Gas Services — Irresponsibility

I am not satisfied with the service of M/s Annai Indane Gas Services. For the past 2 to 3 months, they are creating so many problems like not delivering the cylinders on time, not responding properly, etc. I booked cylinder on 03/01/2008, but until now, i have not yet received any response from them. Whenever i call to inform about this, they are not responding properly and cut the telephone line without informing. If call again, replying like "call on this date or that date." very very very poor, bad, and worst service. So, I am not at all satisfied with this gas service. So please take necessary steps to correct this as soon as possible so that it will be very very helpful for me.

INDANE GAS/SARDHA GAS SERVICE — PROPER BILL NOT PROVIDE

Sir, I have purchesed new gas connection and accessaries from shardha gas service(Indane gas distributer, High court road, Bilaspur) by paying Rs.5000/- in cash .At the time of payment he told me that he would give us bill for the full purchase of Rs.5000/- after his brother came from out of station.After 2 months arguments he gave only gas conection registration paper only showing the amount of Rs.1600/- onlyrelated to deposit money.I need a full payment bill of Rs.5000/- showing all items so that i can claim this bill in my company.

Annai Indane Service — Very Very Poor / Worst Service

WORST SERVICE

Annai Indane Service at Singanallur, Coimbatore is providing WORST Service in Coimbatore. Thier behaviour with customers and services are very very WORST.
This will continue, No New customer will enter into the Concern for getting new connection The Receiptionist and the Accounts Persons are not aware of the importance and value of the customers. The customers like us are requesting the Indane Gas Agencies to watch these kind of Distributors and Cancel their Agency for the sake of Goodwill of the Company.
