[Resolved]  Ansal Housing And Construction Ltd — re refund of booking amount

Sir I had book a row house at indoor project and I had paid Rs 300000(Rs three lakh only) by cheque .cheque no is 17175 dated 02/02/2007Amount 200000 and / Other cheque no 6849 dated 07/02/07 of amount 100000 .
Dear sir I had personally visited to your indoor off but no response .i had been inform that project is delayed do to water problems.
Dear sirs when I ask for refund so they (indoor side off people) told me pls call up H/O of Ansal Housing and Construction ltd Delhi. sir when I start trying the H/O but there is no responsible person who can reply .All the time I was gating different answer .finally I had communication with Mr. Jagbir Singh in legal department with Ansal Housing and Construction ltd and he had ask me sudden details which I had full fill and finally he has send me a affidavit and he told me that proper this and you will get D D of Rs 300000( three ) lakh and he told me that no interest will paid to you and I was agree with that .
Dear sir after doing every thing one day he told me that my boss Mr. AAMIR JAMAL had refused for payment because I had close my account from ware I paid that amount . Dear sir I told Mr jagbir Singh as that I am ex banker (ICICI BANK) and as per K Y C norms with one document you can have 10 account as that a/c off my salary a/c with met life insurance co ltd and as i had left the co because not been oprated a long its been closed .
sir I had given my S B I Bank verification with my all details with my pen card and bal leaves of same cheque book which I issued to Ansal Housing and Construction ltd
dear sir i told him that i have other a/c with axis bank and i am ready to provide that.
Sir my only request that pls do not prove that I made mistake to book a property with Ansal Housing and Construction ltd ansal is a very big brand name and customer service is wast
