[Resolved] AP Financial Services — Unprofessional Service

I had booked my swift dzire car through AP Financial Services in Mayur Vihar, New Delhi. However, i found their services very poor once they received all the money from me. They dont even bother to answer phones. I was made to run from pillar to post for everything which they are supposed to do. Initially they informed that the car is available and requested me to pay the entire amount in Oct 08. Once they received the money, they said that the car was no more available and I have to wait. Finally I got my car only in mid January. That also after I requested the maruti officers from regional office to intervene. All this while, these people from AP Financial Services did nothing. !!! Total Fraud !!!... be aware before dealing with them. Never trust on their commitments what they are making at the time of collecting cash. Group o[censored]nprofessional people.. I have booked my car from Dec 2015 .. and they commited that they will deliver it in Jan 2016 and now they (Savan Kappor, Sumit Kapoor, Salman) are not picking up my phone..I am paying my loan installments and paid around 2lacs of advance to AP financials. in Dec Salman came to me that your car will be delivered tomorrow ..pay the amount today itself..I paid all the amount but that tomorrow never came.. Really frustrated after dealing with such kind o[censored]nprofessional people. if they pick they will answer .. I will call you after 5 mins .. but that 5 mins never came...
