[Resolved]  Apcpdcl — REG. HIGH ELECTRICITY BILL

I Have taken the rented house in chandryanagutta, in Kamakshmibhavan , Hyderabad 500005 on 03/01/2011 and i got electricity bill in last eight month approximately worth Rs 700, 800, 550,600 ETC .But Meetar not functioning in last eight months . the information telling to house owner but he was saying ''you have to pay bill , My Service No is V 3015756 AND USC NO IS[protected]. kindly Hlep me
