This is Mattaparthi Vishnu srinivasu from g medapadu in East Godhavari Distic AP State.I am a regular Passenger in Apsrtc. 03-march-2011 i am going samlkot in Ravulpalem Depo Bus Number is APIIZ-80 .He is Doing Irresponsibility Duty. Driver id is -965847 and conductor number is 966235.Both are Doing Worst Duty so take action immediately .

On 12th January 2008, unfortunately I had travelled through an APSRTC Bus from Chennai to Hindupur on a reserved ticket.

When the Conductor of the bus adviced the passengers to have tea at Bangalore Bus Stand, I too got down from the bus, leaving my luggage behind in the bus, including laptop, which was given to me by my company. I was literally behind the Driver and Conductor while taking the tea, but to drop the cup there in the dust bin, I went aside and on my return, to my surprise, there was no bus. I searched for the bus around the bus stand for half-an-hour. Finally, I came to a conclusion that the bus has left without picking me up.

Normally, the bus driver or the conductor shall always makes sure that all the passengers got boarded back into the bus, who are alighted for tea.

Immediately, I called my people in Hindupur and requested them to collect the luggage from the bus. Later, I had taken another bus to Hindupur, but the stupid Conductor of that bus instead of helping me or assuring safety for my luggage, insists on buying another ticket, though I was having ticket up to Hindupur.

When my people approached the staff of the first bus, they claim that they were waiting for me for half-an-hour somewhere outside the bus stand, instead of their waiting on the same spot for one minute maximum, they were just bluffing.

Thank God, I got my luggage including my laptop intact, at least. But, nobody knows how much tension I would have passed through over four to five hours of gap. I was much worried about the laptop, because it was official.

See, what type of irresponsible people that we do have in APSRTC?

Must say there is no such worst organisation in the world as worst as the great APSRTC. They must at least from Tamil Nadu RTC.
Hi, This is Sana, I am the residing at Kishan Bagh, I have been facing bus problem on daily basis, morning as well as in the evening, its just become rural area, not like city bus route. After waiting for 1 or 1 1/2 hour one bus will come that too will full of passenger no place to climbed in, then how to get the other passenger who were waiting for that bus very long.

Kindly look into this matter, and increase the no. of buses of 94 to Kishan Bagh.

On 21st october 2008, unfortunately I had travelled through an APSRTC Bus from Hanumakonda to Hyderabad on a ticket. when bus stops at 03:00pm in Aaaleru bus stand, I got down from the bus, leaving my luggage behind in the bus, i went aside and on my return, to my surprise, there was no bus. I searched for the bus around the bus stand for half-an-hour. Finally, I came to a conclusion that the bus has left without picking me up.Immediately, I informed to Station managers in Aaleru and Bhuvangir(cellno. [protected] station manager in bhunangir). After that i'm trying to hyderabad bus station manager it was not reachable.When i came to hyderbad from another bus and informed to enquiry people regarding bus. No body is not responded in hyderabad bus station (Bus ticket no's[protected]/[protected]/-). Please do needful.

I regret to bring to the notice of APSRTC Management about the
irresponsible behavior of sanat nagar bus pass division staff. I
approached the sanat nagar buspass division staff for renewal of My
son's student buspass. The pass is valid upto 23 - 10 - 09, ( Bearing
no:HW 89097, ROFT - 255555, ROFT001/2/ROFT31/ROFT/0/890967 ) I
approached them on 27th for renewal, the person who is there in the
counter said it has to be attested by the college people, 28 being a
holiday my son submitted the same to college on 29th and collected the
same on 30 th and given it to me. 31st I could not able to go there
and today ie on 1st I approached for renewal, now they are saying that
only upto 31st they will renew after that it is not valid we have to
get a fresh new pass by following all the systems and has to submit
the same after 10th and will issue the new after 20th, I asked the
counter person why you didn't informed me that day about the deadline
date, you know very well that only 3 days are left over If you say
about the due date I could have acted fast, but reply is not at all
acceptable, he says he can not remember all those things and his
behavior is also arrogant and he says I can complaint to any one
about this issue.

One way RTC management is trying to help the public the other way
these kind of people are spoiling the image of RTC by misbehaving with
the public. I request the concerned authorities to look into the
matter take necessary action on this kind of people.

I expect a reply from the concerned authorities.

I finish my work at SSA by 5.00 p.m.

Then I go to Namaplly Bus stop in 5 minutes from office.

Then I wait for the 136N until 6:20 p.m. to go to Nacharam.

This kills my productive time every day for 1 hour 15 minutes.

Even then the bus does not turn up for most of the days.

The bus No.136N which need to go to Hemanagar / Cilukanagar does come with the board Nampally to Barkatpura or Nampally to Tarnaka.

The Reason for this is the conductor does not want to go to Hemanagar or Cilukanagar. And he changes the board as Nampally to Barkatpura or Nampally to Tarnaka so that he can go to his residence early.

This makes the passengers to get into Autos who work through out the day.

Here the APSRTC is unfit to provide the services to the common man.

So, it is better to close down the APSRTC and hand over it to Private agencies.

I think this might educate the APSRTC manager if he has a normal human being.

Otherwise it is better for the manager to stand in the bus stop with us. And let him feel the pain in waiting for the bus.

This might be of some help to give awareness on the services provided by APSRTC

i boarded a bus from choutuppal to hyderabad of munuguru dept. bus
bus no.(AP 28 Z 876) ...
we are 6 members in the bus,
we have to get down at our stop but the conductar and the driver has not responding to our request,
and they used walger language and they
stopped bus after 3km where we has to get down .
he is not giving us SRC to write the complaints ...
I expect a reply from the concerned authorities.

Carrying vegetable instead of passengers in morning times which causing very inconvenice for boarding other bus in time.Eg: Morning the buses which come for Ghatkesar(281), 242, 17D these buses come with fully loaded vegetables to kushiguda market, there the bus driver stops the bus for more than 20min which is causing very inconvience to catch other bus in ECIL.Conductors are bribed by giving vegetables which is happening daily.Kindly take action on this.
hello why ??? busses is late on kishan bagh in kishan bagh 20 minute 30 minute one bus come??? what is the reason and95 busses is 12 and 94 busses is 8 why???? so many problem today 94k bus is not stop in afzal gunj stop and one lady is broken his hand the not stop bus ???? please take the action from kishan bagh peoples
I m a Regular Traveler with A.P.S.R.T.C Bus from Bank Colony A ( Said A Bad. ) Till Nam pally in bus Number ( 105 S ). I personally feel happy to travel by this bus for my office because of the timing maintained by the driver in the morning hours i take the bus at around 9:20 am and it reaches Nam pally at around 10 : 10 am. I Appreciate the efforts made by driver to reach on time instead of Morning traffic but then i m upset with same bus route in the evening and night time the driver does not maintain the timing at all it is getting inconvenient for me to go home from Office from Nam pally to Bank Colony A ( Said A Bad. ) in 3 different buses. Kindly can anyone help me out with the timings of the same bus or the alternate bus for this route in the evening from Nam

i am navya. i live at kankipadu. on 1 st of april evening the time was 7:40 pm i came to kankipadu in the bus numbered 103m. the driver is not giving certain respect to the passengers travelling in the bus. he is talking in an irrediculous way. so rtc should take an action on the driver otherwise it will be very siryas. the action should be very fast
i was travelling from vijaywada to hyderabad in apsrtc express bus which had started at 08:30 at 13:30 it reached narketpally i went to bathroom with conductor permisson. when i return the bus had already left.
it was a vip big suitcase(gray) clour with all my important papers and my passport too, do help me out n tracing it out.robert.[protected] email [protected]@yahoo.com
