[Resolved] Aqua Sure — Leakage Problem | |
I purchased AquaSure (water purifier by Eureka forbes) last week from a dealer in Bangalore. When we assembled it and filled it water it starts leaking once bottom compartment is fully filled. After showing this to dealer i got a fresh model and again same problem happened. Once bottom chamber is filled and still you have some remaining in upper compartment it will start leaking. The design of Aquasure is such that you cannot avoid water leaking. This such a cheap and poor quality product from Eureka forbes . This is augmented with worst after sales service from these guys. My advise: If you are looking for a storage water purifier NEVER EVER GO FOR AQUASURE. DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. Opt for Hindustan Lever Purit.. Aqua sure is nothing but a junk piece of plastic. i completely agree...aquasure is nothing but crap...i bought this aquasure water purifier one month ago and since the day i have purchased it, its not working at all...one of their guy came to fix the problem but he couldn't..when i asked him to replace it since it was a new product (only 3 days old) and new product aren't supposed to have any sort of defect, there was a clear no from his side..1 month has passed and my water purifier doesn't work..their after sales service is as bad as their products..i recommend that no one buys their products.
I have purchased a 18 lts capacity Aqua sure on the dated 30/01/10 from the M/s Snehanjali Eletronics & Appliances (P) Ltd ( Boisar ) vide cash memo no. E964336 and the product no 137490/09-10.
During purchase it was told that the 18 Lts capacity means, 9 Lts for storage & 9 Ltrs for purified water.
But after using I am observing that the unit is not capable of holding 18 Lts of water at a
time.
It can not hold any amount of water at top storage unit until and unless the bottom water container is consumed.
Then I went to the M/s Snehanjali Eletronics & Appliances (P) Ltd show room for lodging complain. Then they told that it will not hold 18 Lts water at a time. If you want to store 18 Lts water at a time you have to buy an attachment of Rs. 200/- separately.
Now the questions are:
i) What is the meaning of 18 lits capacity water purifier if it can not hold 18 lts of water at a time?
ii) Why every where of the product it is mentioned that it is 18 Lts capacity purifier?
iii) If the said attachment( float valve) is necessary for storing 18 Lits of water at a time then why it is not provided with the unit, though company or the dealer is saleing the unit by saying it is 18 Lts capacity unit.
iv) If it is not done, then why I will pay extra Rs.200/-for that attachment to get 18 Lts capacity Aqua Sure unit

My Aqua Sure Avory brand which is not working properly since last year. It has been repaired many times, Now I am fed up with this brand. i buyed your product from a retailer in ameerpet( hyderabad ) water purifier (aqua sure) but for past 6 days it had not been installed and the person of your company didnt turn up as we n the retailer requests, plz send the concerned person or we are going to return ur product to the retailer .my mobile no :-[protected]
