Archies Gallery — Uninterested Store Staff

I hope this feedback mail reaches the rightfully concerned person. I went to the Archies store in Korum Mall, Thane (Mumbai) at 6:30pm on Saturday 24th September to get a photo frame gift wrapped.

To my surprise your so called 'gift store' had no interested and educated employees. The front desk person denied they had transparent wrapping papers in store. I went and took out the papers myself. There was no one ready to gift wrap. They were all trying to handover the task to one another. The wrapping when finally done was the "[censored]est"
job ever done. I have never in life seen any worse wrapping. I paid
Rs.105 for some old dirty pink paper and a big ribbon which was not even stuck onto the gift, neither stapled nor taped. I tore it all later. It looked better simple, rather than being wrapped by Archies Gallery.

I will make sure that me, my friends and anyone I know of never visits any Archies Gallery anywhere in India. Your people do not know a thing about gifts and presents. And this will go up on consumer forums.
