1. I have sent as application on 09 Oct 2014 for the subject purpose followed with an reminder on 06 Dec 2014. However, no reply has so far been recd. Please let me know the fact of non-transfer of the subject policy. I have retired from service from 01 Sep 2014 from Records 39 GR, Varanasi Cantt. Relevant required documents ie copy of FSA and copy ex-serviceman Identity Card have already been fwd.

dated Jan 2015. Also refer your E- mail 12 Mar 2015 and that quotes “ maturity sanction memo
in respect of policy No APS-YS-1064502M has been issued on 14 Jan 2015 and sent to North
Lakhimpur HQ, Assam on 15 Jan 2015. Please approach your payment office. Unquote. But actually
documents were forwarded to NE circle shillong by mistake of dealing staff.

Sir, I am in urgent need of money due domestic affairs. Hence I humbly request to kind honour to send the required information to DDM PLI, Guwahati at the earliest and obliged me please. Sir, I am a Ex- army person. I have one Pli polices No.APS-569786L and applied for transfer policy to Maharashtra Circle on 10 oct 2015. But action is not completed. Transfer of polices awaited. I requested for two times. But I didnot get any suitable reply. I requested that kindly transfer my polices at the earliest with complete details.

According to custumer care said not deducted oct 2014 and I submitted my Oct month pay slips And application for deduction of that month and rest of amount grant.
