I No.15502074H, Sow Baljinder Singh, 46 Armd Regt, C/o 56 APO.I had taken a postal life insurance policy no-APS-900938-L date of proposal 03 Feb 2009, sum assured Rs.200000/- in the name of Baljinder Singh when I was in central government service Indian Army. The premium of above said policy of Rs 1510/- was directly deducted from my IRLA, PAO (OR) Armd corps Ahmednagar.and I Discharge from service on 31 Oct 2012. After my discharge I have already been applied for-transfer of my APLI policy to MORINDA POST OFFICE, DIST-ROPAR, PUNJAB (PIN CODE -140101) however no response is received from APLI as on date after my discharge date. Sir, during submission I have sent original copy of PLI Cert, Policy No APS[protected]L/ Proposal No 1229753 (Dt of Opening[protected] sum Assured of Rs 2, 00, 000/-), besides this I have taken loan Rs 29, 000/- (Rupees twenty nine thousand only) from PLI Policy NO APS-800426-L/ PROPOSAL NO 880084 (MONTHLY PREMIUM -RS 1110/- PM- Insured Amount Rs 2, 00, 000/-), original cert of the said PLI Policy is kept in your office, due to the same I have enclosed photocopy of the said cert in the letter under ref. I have also enclosed photocopy of Loan Payment Receipt Book and 785 FPO (Eastern Command FPO) Savings Pass Book alongwith the said letter and also requested as and when the said books will reqd from your office I will send the same to your office.


2. But Sir, unfortunately more than one month is over and my sister's marriage has been solmenized, but till dt no action has been taken from your side for sending the final withdrawl amount of both PLI Policies to us. Sir, I have taken loan from my friends and realtives for solemnize of marriage ceremony of my sister, presently I am facing lot financial hardships, request please take necessary action for sending the final withdrawl of boths PLI Policies amount in the given address at the earliest :-
