Respected sir/madam,
my name is Arti .D.M,staying at Mumbai,married in Coimbatore,i have been
literally hit and mentally tourtched by my husband from whom i have got
myself rescued my self and come to my mothers home at Mumbai,now the local
police is not ready to file my complain against my husband as they say that
it not under their law,but as a citizen of India ,though i was staying in
Coimbature i have saved my life and my childrens life and come to Mumbai .I
have sent my complain copy to the Mumbai Police Commisoner , The local
police station -MHB Police station ,borivali -mumbai , Coimbatore police
Commisoner ,The local police coimabture B11-police station saibaba
colony,and also to the Home ministry Mumbai.
All the respective station have recived my complain copy but no one is ready
to help me out,
today i have filed for a divorce case in the family court and my husband
denies all the allegation as he says she has no complain against me.
Why is the law not helping me out,i have all the proof then why is my
complain not been registered why is the Mumbai police not writting my
FIR...is there no one to help me out.
please help me and my children ,today i want the government to help me out
and get me justice
