I AM PSA AGENT ARZOO.COM.I BOOKED ONE TICKET FOR KOL-AIZWAL.BUT DUE TO BAD WEATHER AND STRIKE OF AIR INDIA STAFF PASSENGERS COULDN'T FLY.THEY CANCEL THE TICKET, INDIAN AIRLINES WRITE AS "FULL REFUND IS IN ORDER THROUGH AGENT".BUT AFTER MANY HARRASMENT ,THEY DEDUCTED RS 1570.00AND REFUND BALANCE AMOUNT ON MY ACCOUNT.I E MAIL DAILY WHY YOU DEDUCT THIS AMOUNT?NO REPLY OR IGNORE MY MAIL .MY TICKET REFERENCE NO IS A567138. Regarding invoice of ticket
Sir/ madam, As I had booked the air ticket from Ahmedabad to Kolkata on 05th July 2014 and I didn't get invoice. Even after several call to Arzoo. Neither they send the Invoice to me or passenger not respond the call.
