Hope you are well.
I need to submit a complaint regarding LPG gas booking services at Asal Durg Enterprises Agency,
I have only 1 gas cylinder at my home (C 165, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur), and when I call to book at office booking services numbers,
No one is picking the phone everytime, I have tried many times on following numbers.
2359595, 2359500, 2353200, 2247400
I am very upset with this all and getting frustration so please take care of this complaint with personal attention.
I will be thankful for this.

ASAL DURG GAS AGENCY — NON DELIVER GAS CYLINDER
my consumer no is 25680 last two months non deliver gas cylindar by distributor of asal durg gas agency and says that i am not deliver in your colony and not response by company Dear sir,
I need to complaint against "Asal Durg Enterprises non suply of gas cylender. My consumer no.56497. Cylender booked on 04sep 2010. I have no gas & I visited office on 09sep 2010 & counter man issued the slip & told me that u will get gas on tommorrow & then monday I again told him that I have not received then he told that slip is lost u will get in today evening . Then after I remind him 3time but till now not getting gas cylender. please take need full action.

This is to inform you that i transferd my gas connection from Sawai Madhopur to Jaipur (Vaishali Nagar in your Gas agency) and on that day Mr.Sharma form your office gave me 02 cylinders slip and contact no. of delivery boy.When i called on that no. one was switched off and on another no. somebady attend my call and told that please contact to Mr.Sumeer Singh because 218, Granade Marg, Pratap Nagar, Khatipura Road, Jaipur was not in his area. On 20th Dec when i contact to Mr.Sumeer Singh ([protected]) he told me that he have shortage of man power so he will deliver on 21st Dec, 2010.When on 21st Dec, 2010 evening approx 15:30 hrs i called him that i not got my 02 cylinders he told me that with in half hour you will get cylinders but i not get it.On morning 22nd Dec, 2010 when i called Mr.Sumeer Singh he told me that today also there will be a shortage of man power (Delivery Boy).
Can you please help me in this or i contact to Mr.Jodha for this.Why i suffer if you have shortage of man power.When i already make payment for 02 cylinders.

GAS BOOKING DATE: 19.10.2011 BUT TILL DATE 5.11.2011 NOT DELIVERED TILL TODAY.
These days the delivery of gas is in very bad shape, the booking is damn difficult because Numbers given on their receipts are not entertained even after getting the line. The computerized booking does not recognize any of their numbers, Booking of SMS is not entertained at all, and their email address given on their receipt is bouncing. The only way possible is to go to their office at Gandhi Path get the slip and pick the cylinder from Jaswant Nagar. This is very inconvenient for the serving class people like us.
Kindly do something to improve this situation.
