Sub: Regarding Revision of Widow Pension of Smt. NOMITA RANI DAS W/o Late Ex-Jc-111205 K- Sub Clk Byomkesh Das-R/o ASC Bangalore.
Dear Sir,
1 With due respect and humble submission that the following few lines for your kind consideration and favourable order please.
2 My husband, Ex-Jc-111205 K Subedar/Clk Byomkesh Das of RO-ASC Bangalore.
3 My husband expired on 22nd March, 2004 at Command Hospital (CC), Lucknow.
4 At present I am drawing pension Rs. 5775/- per month as per the statement provided me by the Bank of India, Sadar Cantt. Lucknow, Saving Bank/ A/c No. SB [protected] and PPO No. S/o 29936/90 (army), (copy enclosed).
5 I have attended Pension Adalat held on 23rd August, 2012 in Lucknow, where I have been informed by Mrs. Saroj Bala (one of the member of the Pension Adalat) (short note enclosed) that “my pension should be Rs. 7870/- as against my present Pension of Rs. 5775/- ie. Min 3500 + DR” (statement enclosed).
6 This is also informing you that I am not getting any copy of PPO order revised time to time. Old PPO is being attached for reference.
Therefore, I request your kind honour that you may please be verify revised widow pension as per present scale and provide my latest PPO.

I am an army personnel No 6390750F Ex Hav/Clk Ambika Prasad Chaurasia discharged from service on 30 Sep 2010. I have applied for Graduation Degree ex IGNOU thru Depot Company ASC Centre & College Bangalore with a DD of Rs 750/- during Sep 2010.
Just I want to know the present status of the same.

I am an Ex-Servicemen (No 6390750F Ex Hav/Clk Ambika Prasad Chaurasia) discharged from service wef 30 Sep 2010(AN)from Deport Coy ASC Centre & College Bangalore. I am getting pension accordingly.
When I was enrolled in the Army on 06 May 1991, I was 10+2 and thereafter I have done the graduate in 1995 in which I have earned only 43.5% marks in BA. The casualty was published and noted it in my service records. In view of this, Education Certificate which is being provided to the only Matric/10+2 retirees has not been issued to us. Hoever, I am applying for BTC (Teacher Training in UP) where in graduation atleast 45% marks required for whose I am not eligible on the basis of my graduate degree having 43.5% marks.
I may eligible to apply if Education Certificate from the Army (on retirement) is to be issued on the basis of my 10+2 qualification which was at the time of my enrollment.
May I request to your kind honour to consider the issue and provide the certificate accordingly.
If not possible, the matter may be referred to the higher authorities for re-consideration as a welfare measure.

When I was enrolled in the Army on 06 May 1991, I was 10+2 and thereafter I have done the graduate in 1995 in which I have earned only 43.5% marks in BA. I am an Ex-Servicemen (No 14807571Y Ex ACP Hav/MT K RAJU discharged from service wef 29 FEB 2010(AN)from Depot Coy ASC Centre & College Bangalore. I am getting pension accordingly.
I enrolled in the Army on 17 May 1993, I gave VRS and got discharged in 29 Feb 2010. Now I am getting my pension (Basic - 6545/- DA - 4713/- Commut ded Rs 3272/- Net Pension I am receiving Rs 7986/-. Whereas my friend who enrolled along with me in same date and got discharged he is getting Net pension Rs 8850/-. MY P.P.O No. S/03807B/2009(ARMY).
Requested to look into the subject matter and do the needful as early as possible, for which I am my family members will be very thankful to you.
If not possible, the matter may be referred to the higher authorities for re-consideration as a welfare measure.
