[Resolved] Asianet Broadband — cheating | |
sir I'am using asianet broadband my id is TV10668 i am using homenet 399 plan when i first got the paper it was written that i will get 96 kbps but now i'm only getting 11 kbps when i called they are saying that it is 96 bit per seconds They are cheating they are writing kbps so people will use their service and when they complain only people get to know the truth i know about 7 people who also are angry about this Sir please do all you can a am paying 399 a month for being cheated I have to pay 4800 an year and i am cheated Was this information helpful? | |

I am surprised how companies can continue to thrive, without due regard to authorities and the customer. Importantly, authorities seem to have no regulatory power; consequently, the country is lagging behind in every aspect. Can't say "proud to be an Indian".
