[Resolved] Asianet Cable Connection — cable connection not working | |
my customer code no is A00740013 set top box and internet connection customer code is TV 0829.for the past 10 days my TV connection is not working and i have registered my complaint with your complaints section Ph 3016666 and your peroorkada office Ph 2438256. in spite of my repeated requests in the morning and evining daily for the past ten days ni one has given the least attention to my ccomplaint. i am a customer of asianet cable line as well as the internet from the time of your starting these services.i would be highly ovliged i[censored] will kindly look into this complaint and do the needful immediately. vs nair. a line ir reply will be appreciated. Cable Connection — not connecting
im using cable connection for my home tv connection, but last one month the connections are not good, i think im paying for nothing and my money is not worth to the connections,,,pls make something to correct it,,thanking you,,,,

my cable is out of order for 5 days. nobody bothers to attend or even pick up the phone. i personally went there twice and registered complaint. their kollam office is in a messsekhar

I am from Haripad (kerala) presently i would like to know the actual contribution rate permonth you are charging? and past 3 to 4years we are paying full one year subscription and on the basis of this deal they gift us with petty things, for the past my family is calling up the agency from haripad to give us digital set of box as we are paying full contribution for the whole year at once, but they are insisting us to pay 2years subscription at one strech, is this your rules say? i would request you sir to kindly take up this matter with your service centre at HARIPAD and do the needful at the earliest, iam working in kuwait presently, and do reply me in this mail id [protected]@gmail.com.
We have taken asianet connection for 1 year now and we shifted our house to another apartment.From then we have been calling asianet cable operators to transfer the connection but no actions have been taken even after 3 weeks.I have their set top box with me and that is the only reason I have planned to continue the connection.For all others who are planning to take this connection, my humble request is pls dont jump into this trap.Their customer service is very poor.They wont even answer your calls if we keep calling them.Very Poor Service From Asianet!!

MY Consumr ID no. is AA00200270. For the last one week, I am not getting the connection. Inspite of my repeated complaints nothing has been done so far. I am surprised to see after taking full year amount in advance, the company is giving such a pathetic service.
