Dear canon service---very bad
I have given Canon LBP2900 printer with no power problem they have solved the problem in 45 days after that different problems are coming in the printer they don't know how to handle the printers.
this is happened for me for three more printers i, e i will give with one problem after repair for one month the other problems were coming in printer
we are sorry to say the service provided by canon care center for printers at Address: Eshaque estates, shop number 12 and 13 lower ground floor, MG road, , Secunderabad, Andhra Pradesh[protected]INDIA is very poor and very bad.please do the needful for us.
This kind of response from CANON will definitely discourage us in selling CANON PRODUCTS and moving away business to other vendors. Please do the needful.

You waited for 15 days but didn't reach the management of ASK Informatics.
You waited for 15 days means you expected something beyond service centre capacity.
You have not mentioned whether the printer is in warranty or out of warranty.
Giving vague comment on some service center is really bad habit.
Customer normally expects which is not possible by any service centre then out of disappointment makes rubbish comments.
