[Resolved] Asus — LAPTOP SERVICE

Contacted ASUS service center on dated 21/12/2009, complaint regarding defective speaker of Laptop Model F82Q.Till dated 22/01/2010 the speaker hasn't been replaced. And spoke to the service engineer, and claims that the speaker is not available I in India .Hence the product is only 4 months old from the date of purchase and consists 24 months warranty. Last few days I was facing with one mother board of Asus, Model (P5G-MX INTEL 945GC), Today I gave at asus service center at 19 R.n. Mukherjee Road, Kolkata, they have not respond me well. I am not satisfied with them. They returned me the board saying that they cant' entertain me because of fungus problem with the motherboard. Is it the right thing that you will not entertain we like retailer like that way?

pls let me inform as early as possible.
