[Resolved] Asus Motherboard — LAN CHIP NOT WORKING IN MOTHERBOARD

SIR, I PURCHASED THE MOTHERBOARD FROM DHANBAD IN FEBRUARY 2007. AFTER USING 6 MONTHS, SUDDENLY LAN CARD DID NOT WORK. AFTER CONTACTED THE VENDOR, SENT THE MOTHERBOARD TO THE SERVICE CENTER. ON 19/09/2007 THERE WAS A INFORMATION FROM SERVICE CENTER THAT THE LAN CHIP WAS BURNT AND THEY CHARGED ME AND THE SERVICE CENTER SENT ME ANOTHER MOTHERBOARD AND AGAIN AFTER A MONTH THE REPLACED MOTHERBOARD WAS NOT WORKING. AFTER CONTECTED, THEY TOLD ME THE SAME PROBLEM OCCURED IN THE NEW REPLACED MOTHERBOARD ALSO. I CONTACTED THE ASUS HEAD OFFICES REGARDING THIS MATTER BUT THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM. DURING THIS PERIOD THEY TOOK THE MOTHERBOARD AND YET I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE MOTHERBOARD AFTER SERIES OF REMINDER . IN THIS PROCESS THEY SAID THE LAN CHIP PROBLEM DID NOT COVER THE WARRANTY. I AM IN HUGE LOSS AND MENTAL TENSION. PLEASE GIVE ME A LEGAL SUGGESTION. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I had purchased asus motherboard P5KPL-AM/PS from computer empire on 18/8/09. first motherboard cd was fully loaded at first attempt and now i can't install its intel accelator driver so pls hepl me out wat should i do.

ASUS MOTHERBOARD — motherboard is on replacement through my dealer

my name is sunil . I assembled my pc 3 months ago with ASUS motherboard. but around 20 days back my motherboard got some problem . My dealer adviced me to replace the board. and I handover my board to him. He told me to get it back within a week. Now he is making excuses everyday.

This is Manu.. sir i have got desktop pc with asus motherboard version p5g-mx. i got my pc in the year 2007 in mysore. i am facing problem regarding the motherboard. if i go for new installation of windows xp, its not able to boot my cd.
