[Resolved] Atm Card — Negligence in issusing ATM Card

This is with refernce to Ac no [protected] at your Jekegram Branch. The account is in the name of my mothers. Mrs.Usha Bihari. Ou ATM card was damaged so we had given it to the bank for a new one. It has been nearly 2 years and our card has still not come. We have applied twice for the same . Its a great pity on the part of the Bank to HARASS their customers this way. We had numerous round in the bank for the status of the card but didnt get favourable reply.
Please put yourselfin our shoes and try to understand that at the time of Emergency it is very difficult to withdraw cash in absence of an ATM Card. We are tired of followups and hence left it. It looks very bad on the Part of the Bank who DONOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS. I think the private banks are more co-operative to the needs of the customers
