sir my atm card has been lost please block it imedearely

I RANJAN KUMAR having a SB account in UNION BANK OF INDIA, SIT branch SILIGURI, have lost my ATM Card during the travell on 19th of JUL 2009, i tried a lot calling the customer care but cud'nt get the line, so kindly block my ATM transaction's imedietly, whose detail's are as below...
