I have a current account in the name of my firm S Ghosh & Associates having nu 9344 at old ballygunge branch .This afternoon I went to draw Rs 15000 from the ATM of old ballygunge branch. I opted for drawing Rs 15000 for my office use.The ATM machine took Rs 15000 but the quantum of notes was so thick that it was not coming out fully. I tried to pull the same out but before the entire cash came out, it went back to the ATM machine. The security personnel Sri Basubev Halder came to my rescue but his help went in vain. I have made a complaint to the branch manager of Old ballygunge branch. But my account has already been debited with Rs 15000.

atm card — atm withdrawal problem
dear sir,my sbi account is with sbi jsl branch hisar 125001 hrayana i withdrawal from pnb atm machine rs 10000 on date 11.05.2009 but money not came and amount deducted from my account i filed a complain at my account branch on date 13.05.2009 and its application no is 2551375 but yet i have not recive my money i also told at sbi chandigarh office so please make required action other wise i will go for cunumer forum. my account no is [protected]
