[Resolved]  Aurangabad — disturbances in the society

since 2-3 years adv ganesh mote , his brother suresh mote , their nephews shiva chaudhary , raju chaudhary and lalla chaudhary are dumping sand illegally on plot no 1 in shivsamadhan colony having gut no 93 part 2, itkheda , opp.nath seeds, paithan road , aurangabad. they all are major but not behaving like matured by doing an acts which are leading to cause inconvenience and creating disturbances in the society. they all are parking their vehicles on public road which likely to cause accident of any inhabitant in the said society. when one of the inhabitant had tried to stop them all they had given threat to that old man. hence nobody comes ahead directly against them. but the authorities like police and rto can take legal action against them. the commissioner of police at aurangabad can take action against them under criminal procedure code under chapter X sec 133 and directing the concern to remove nuisance from public road by way of removing the parked trucks on the road because the same may cause accident of the inhabitants of shivsamadhan colony.
