[Resolved] Auto Rickshaw — Complaint against Rikshaw stand in Kandivali West | |
Dear Sirs, This is regarding the complaint against Autorikshaw stand near to Kandivali (West) station. Near to Jain hotel and Sarovar hotel and exactly in front of station Rickshaw Stand is located in kandivali (W). The rickshaw stand is capturing both the side of road to stand rickshaws and doesn’t allowing private vehicle to stand opposite to stand thou it is public road it is causing problem to public who coming to drop their friends, relatives to station. Also this auto parking causing problem to BEST Buses and due to this we are facing traffic jam near to station during peak hours. Also Rickshaw union leader is misbehavior and using bad words with public and if we launch any complaint against any auto driver then no single action take by union leader. We are requesting you to take action on this issue and stop the auto rickshaw parking in both side of road. They must park their vehicles in auto stand only to pick up passenger and to drop passenger then must stop their vehicle in closed parallel lane of stand not on other side of road. In the morning during office time that is from 9:00am onwards at kandivali west, mahavirnager near gaurav heights/star light building there's no rickshaw available.. We have to wait for more than half an hour still don't get a rickshaw.It has really become difficult to reach on time to office. pls help.

Sub: Complaint against rickshaw drivers who refuse to ferry passengers to their destination from the rickshaw stand at Ashok Nagar Complex, Military Road, Marol Maroshi, Andheri (E).
Sir,
This is to inform you that the rickshaws at the stand refuse to ply passengers to their required destinations. They choose to take passengers who travel long distance only and they also decide which route to take according to their own discretion. This is a regular affair. Because of this stand, the other rickshaws plying in this area do not even halt their rickshaws. On account of this, we the residents of Ashok Nagar, Military Road, Marol-Maroshi, Andheri (E) are left stranded. Especially, in the mornings most of the office goers are in a hurry to reach office on time. The refusal of these rickshaw drivers to ply passengers leaves them stranded.
Request your goodself to take corrective action and oblige the residents of Ashok Nagar, Military Rd, Andheri (E).

I am increasingly angered at the attitude of these rickshawalas. For the sake of fun, they deliberately drive their rickshaws into you, or intend to brush past you or increase the speed of their vehicle just when you are crossing the road, especially if its a girl/woman. I suggest, instead of getting into a fight with these people, if possible take down their vehicle nos. and report the same to rickshaw union. Can anybody please provide me the no. of such a union. Or if anybody has noted any such office of these people, please paste the address here.
Also, if anybody has already done such a thing and requires help in approaching any such trade union, I am willing to help.

AT 1.15 pm on 12/03/2014 when me and my sister and my friend total 3 passenger traveling in rickshaw kandivali west near beauty shop s.v road.. to borivali west station.. i forgot my pink color poly bag in rickshaw in that poly bag .. my 10th marks card, 12th marks card, IATA air tickting certificate, IATA cabin crew certificate, MICE computer application and MICE diploma certificate, and MY SIZE ZEERO CLINIC appointment letter... and my resume in that resume all contact no is there. I lost my daughter's 4th standard certificates and the prizes from the school given on Annual day celebration, on 14th feb 2019. Boarded in rickshaw at charkop market, Kandivali west opposite to Dena Bank, and left the rickshaw at Ganesh nagar, malad west, opposite Pooja enclave.
