i stay at nagri nivara parishad (NNP), in goregao(east). its too far from station, so we have option of bus or rikshaw.
since in morning we are in hurry to rush to office we normally catch a ricksaw, however we have to ask at least 20 rickshaw drivers, for goregao station, they just rudely says no, some driver dont care to say no also, they just ignore you or answer you in harsh laguage...
its quite annoying, do they have right to say no ? i am sure everybody in mumbai must be facing this kind of problem... rikshaw drivers will only allow paasenger, if they are willing to go there... is this right? is there any rule for this ? Was this information helpful? | 
There has to be some mechanism to reduce this menace.
