hi, iam paramjeet singh and i have ordered a digital camera and a wrist watch from ava merchandising company . and my order no is HD3988. when a placed the order then executive said to me that you will recive your order in 15-20 days .and i placed this order on 21st dec. 2009. through this comitment i was wating for my product to come .. on 11th jan 2010. again i called ava merchantising for enquarey abt my product status then the executive said that it will be recived within 2-3 days . your order is delivered and it will come through "blue dart" company. then after 4 days i.e on 15th jan 2010. i called and again the executive said to me that your product is not in the stock and a new dock will come on tommorrow then your product will be delivered within 3-4 days . after 4 days i.e on 20th jan 2010. i again called and then an executive said to me that your product is not ready for deleverd it will be recived within 7days .. so now these executive's every time giving me false statements . iam highly dis satisfied with this company services .. so in the end i didn't want the product .. please refund my money ..even the first instalment is come in my credit card statement but still i hav'nt recive my product. so, i[censored] will refund my money back to my account then i will be very thankful to you. your's faithfully paramjeet singh. Refer their SMS on my cell no. [protected] on[protected] at 8-14pm"Your order for COMBO OFFER VALENPOLO BAG has been processed, order confirmation no.[protected]. The product will be delivered within 14 working days. Thank you."
Further in reference to a telephonic call from AVA merchandising at 6.53 pm on my cell no. [protected] on[protected], let me remind that since October 10th I am getting mail from the co. that they have already dispatched the goods vide docket no.[protected] of First logistics.
Today I heard from gentle lady that due to non availability of stock the product was not send to me & therefore I requested for refund for the same. I had not made any request for refund, the co. is wiling for refund.
The call centre is so rude that when I tried to ask order taking persons for my order status, the she told me "yaha call karne se kuch nahi hoga Complaint cell me bat karo." Your complaint no puts customers always on Hold, but order taking nos. are working.
It is clear case of fraud that you are making with customers by collecting money in advance & not sending goods.
Again I would like to remind you that the company has breached the trust of customer therefore I have decided to take the help of LAW for misguiding & cheating me.
AVA merchandising — Damaged microwave not received
I had ordered a a microwave combo vide order number[protected]. The microwave was received in damaged condition and was returned bck on 18.10.08 and received by AVA by 21.1008 . SInce then I have not receive the replacement microwave an am still paying the EMI. No service is being given to me and there is absolutely no use talking to the sitting in the customer care. They have no info on the stataus and they just give excuses. Now I am contemplating takin action against the Company and HDFC that gave me that offer. Please guide me on how to go ahead with it.Regards

Dear sir,I Have Purchased Order from Ava Merchandising from the HDFC Credit Card the Amount as being deducted from my cards but till date(Almost 5 Month) i have not recieved the Products

I have paid to AVA Merchandising for a DVD Player+Home Theatre 5.1 through HDFC card on 25th Feb. 2010 vide order No. HD6254. But I have not received the ordered item. you make bank responsible for this and tell bank to get refund tell them you are not going to pay and you are going to banking ombursum. The bank will sort it out for you. I did same with them as I received catalogue with ICICI credit card statement
AVA merchandising — Order not received
I received a product brochure from AVA Merchandising along with my ICICI Bank Credit Card Statement,I've ordered a Jewelry Set through AVA merchandising on 07/07/2010,
at the time of placing the order their executive confirmed me the the delivery within 14 working days and I'm calling these people from 16th day of placing the order but they are making fool of me by saying taht you'll get the order within next week and now its more than 45 days but I didn't receive my placed Order,
now when I receive my credit card statement they'cve already charged me 1st installment of that product which is 1990/-.
I spoke to so many executive in AVA customer care but everyone is giving a same kind of response. but no one is ready to solve my problem at last I'm sending you this mail if you can do anything for me....

AVA merchandising — Non delivery of the ordered item
I have order a Black Benetton Wrist Watch on 25th March 2010 to AVA Merchendising for Rs. 1010 through my ICICI Bank Credit Card. But till date I have not received the material. Whenever I call up AVA, one Ms. Mansi always tell me by next week I will receive my ordered item, but unfortunately " next week" never comes. She gave me a docket no. V02671288 dated 7th August 2010 of DTDC - which I confirmed that there is no booking on that docket no. This is ridiculus. How can a company carry on their business with such fraudlent activities.Saibal Chatterjee
