[Resolved]  Aviva India Insurance Ltd. — Not providing the Services

Dear all,

Here I request u to please address this complaint on urgent/ priority basis…..

This is Himanshu Dua, unfortunately I had taken 2 Aviva policies( Ulip plans) for that now I m regretting ……..Not only with the product but also with level of Services with that they serve………Yes , I m Talking about the policies no.’s “ NSG1179745 and SVG1151650 “

Here is the Brief Details about the complaint which I reported to Customer care Aviva India pvt ltd.

But still the policy Holder Mr Himanshu Dua is waiting for call from Mr R.P singh N need in written on Aviva’s Letter head as well as Soft Copy Of the Details which I had Request……Details is lying with Ms Harleen…( Manager)……..

I m extremely sorry that across the industry I haven’t found any Insurance company behaving in such a way in terms of proving services to their clients…..

This was extremely pathetic……moreover I jus wanna highlight the same issue to the grievance cell …..please look into this matter & help me out in getting the relevant info. From the Aviva.

I had also send the email complaint on these emails for [protected] and


But still waiting for the reply from the Complaint cell………..

Now I want to know whether these details will be provided to me or not …..bcoz of all that I had surrender my policy & bear the loss of

Approx RS. 32000/- ……..I m really sorry that I m bothering Aviva to take some Info. Regarding my polices………….

I Hope that IRDA will definitely help me out in resolving this issue with the Aviva Life insurance company…..

Sub : Formal Complaint Letter & Surrender Letter

I’m writing this letter to inform you how inconvenient it is for me
when I m not getting response from Customer Service Dept. in spite of
calling to ur customer care many times. My Complaint no. “ 1785156
“ Dated 5th Oct, 2009.

Also, this policy was mis-sold to me by ur agent Mr. Darpan in 2005.
Due to all these factors I had taken a decision to surrender my policy
from this company who express their Tag lines that they have more then
300 yrs of Experience…….but That’s seems to be a mis-conception
atleast in terms of providing Service.

I regret to inform you that I have never had to face such problems in
all my dealing with any of the insurance company in India.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and atleast answers the
questions which I raised in an appropriate manner , Although my
experience with AVIVA was very Pathetic……….Becoz this is my 2nd policy
which I m going to surrender today
So here I Request you to please surrender the above mention policy no.

maina kai baar aap logo ko complaint ki ha ki aap kay agent MR:-HONEY BHALLA na dhokha kiya ha, so kripa kur kay meri complaint ko serious lay,
1, MY POLICY NUMBER LFG 1791812 HA is ki complaint kai baar kur chukki ho,
2, mera ko one time policy boll kur de gayi thee per yeha to hur qutrli premuim nikkla jo ki ma afford nahi kur saakti,
3, tub say aub tuk regular complaint kur rahi ho koi response nahi milla,
4, na he aap logo na honey bhalla kay khillaf koi acction liya KYO KYO


My Aviva fund investment advisor Mr. Amit Mobile Number +91 [protected] associated with me for the last three and a half year. On his advise I invested INR 1, 50, 000.00 in FIRST FAMILY PLAN and I got the policy issued by AVIVA bearing policy number LFG 1649393 which started on 17.08.2007. I was explained by Amit that this is one time investment policy and the locking period would be 3 years from the date of commencement. He lured me of his every possible effort to invest in this scheme. I did not go through the policy documents as he made me cunningly convinced and I developed trust on him. Today after completion of three years when I intended to redeem this policy, I was stunned to learn that the Policy term is 10 years and the locking period is five years which he never disclosed to me and always in replying to my query he kept on saying that this is going to be matured on 17th. Of Aug 2010. Today my fund value is INR 1, 52, 000.00 but due to premature redeem of the policy I will get only INR 1, 36, 000.00 which is unbearable to me at this juncture. Why Amit kept on lying? What was his motive behind not disclosing the facts with in three years. What would be with those people whom I introduced with this man and he might have cheated them also. Aviva did not play fair with me and I am constrained in taking up the matter in court of law. I am cheated, I am aggrieved and hurt. I do not want any thing extra but my principle amount worth Rs.1, 50, 000.00 + saving interest. I would have been getting good interest if invested in LIC or savings. If my principle amount worth Rs.1, 50, 000.00 + saving interest is not refunded to me with in one week then a case will be registered against Amit as well as Aviva. I request people like Amit in Aviva that they should stopped cheating the innocent public from now so that the court may extend leniency for your early acquittal.
