[Resolved]  Aviva Life Insurance — PF Withdrawal

Dear Sir/Madam

I Richa Jain had joined on May-25-2007 to Dec-18-2007 as a Sales Officer in Banccassurance Channel in Meerut.In Sep-2009 I have submitted my PF Withdrawal form as per the requirement through courier but the matter is this that till now I do not have received any amount.
