Dear Madam,
This is with reference to my Account Number [protected], and Debit card No:- [protected], Last Date:- 31/03/2013, Time:- 18:13, ATM ID:- A1AC2384, I withdraw my cash from Maslandapur, Habra ATM counter of Rs. 9000.00 But I get of Rs. 8500.00 (500.00 X 17 = 8500.00). But the ATM mini Statement shows the withdraw amount of Rs. 9000.00 And Avail balance of Rs. 786.00. I attached the mini statement and withdrawal details.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and remit the said amount into my account within the next two days. I am enclosing a copy of the latest Account Statement for your action. I would greatly appreciate your executing this request at your earliest convenience.
