[Resolved] Axis Bank — Personal Loan Statement | |
HI, I got personal loan from Axis bank on 17th July-2008. While taking the loan, they said me tht they'll deduct the amount from Sep -2008 by ECS service. But the next month itself they started to deduct the EMI. Generally when a person gets a loan, he will be given a welcome kit in which every details of Loan are mentioned. i.e. Loan Number, EMI amount, Balance Carried Forward etc. Also a statement is dispatched to person's address after deduction of each EMI. I haven't got anything as of now. At the time of loan application, they told me that they will send me everything. I called many times, even I sent the mail also. Since one week I'm trying to the Customere care. No one is coming on line. Only 2 times I got the Line, even they didn't giv me the proper response. They were trying to escape, but they are not ready to service. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Before taking the loan, they will agree whatever u ask(even its impossible also) . Axis Bank — CASH BACK AMOUNT PENDING
EZON AND AXIS BANK HAD LAUNCHED A 6% CASH BACK SCHEME FOR PURCHASES MADE AT EZON OUTLETS DURING THE MONTH OF OCTOBER,2011. I HAD MADE CERTAIN PURCHASES OUT OF WHICH I RECEIVED PARTIAL CASH. I HAD MAILED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANY A TIME BUT NO RESPONSE. SIMILAR IS THE CASE FOR CUSTOMER CARE HOTLINE AS WELL . I FEEL HELPLESS. Hi iam one of your loyal customer and my account no-[protected]. I am working with company name Hardcastle rest. pvt. ltd. My company account is in your bank. Our whole salary & transation goes to your bank only. Even we all have the salary account in your bank. I had applied for the personal loan in your bank on 24th April 2012. I had clearedn my whole document & Varification also completed from your side of my home & my data. I got the SMS on 4th may 2012, from your bank that my request has been in process. What is the status, When I applied for the loan I got the commitment from side I will recieve my loan in 8 days. But still now i havnt receive it. I tried to call your person Mr Anil on his personal number [protected]. but he is not pickingup the call. This is worst experience that I had got from favorate bank……. I will share this issue to whole company & company employee…

I got personal loan from Axis bank in month February 2012. It's now more than 3 months and i paid 2 EMIs through ECS.
Till now i haven't got my welcome kit contains every details of Loan are mentioned. i.e. Loan Number, EMI amount, Balance Carried Forward etc.Also the EMI statement is not dispatched neither to my address or to my email address after deduction of each EMI. Iam receiving my transaction statement of my personal bank account in which i identify the EMI deduction.
At the time of loan application, they told me that they will send me everything.

Why should i called them to dispatch me each document ? It's their responsibility to send documents to each customer.
It's not like that i haven't tried to call them. I called them many times and they said i will register your query in the system so you will get it in next few days. Surprisingly, Axis bank website doesn't have any section related to complain. They have section for new application form to attaract the customer. Once a person becomes customer, no section for him to register complain.
It's too horrible in this kind of Information Technology World, isn't it?
Please resolve it.

I got Loan from axisbank i paid regurlary with any problem and pending
Now it s 4year completed.i have to close the loan bank not responding properly.Their rasing unnessary request during close account.i am not present locally. i provided authorize letter to my wife.
My wife requested how much pending to close my account, customer care not providing those information.

This section of axis bank is the worst. never trust any people at this branch.. they say loan is santctioned and make customer sign all sort of documents.. After the loan is approved they do the verfication where by they reject. Once reject they dont have the courtsey to inform.. We have to be behind them to get one word from their mouth. GREAt customer Service. Shika Sharma, is this you way of heading a company.. Contact us page of axis bank website doesn't have single point of contact for the complaint registration. Their customer loan section never get connected.
