[Resolved] Axis Bank — Bank's customer care service is worst! | |
I have deposited my salary cheque No.551339 dated 6.12.2007 for Rs.34,709/- on 8.12.2007 at Axis Bank, Radhakrishnan Salai, Chennai. Till today 25th, I have not been credited with into my account no. my self sayyad gulzar and i am holding saving ac with your bank as follows [protected]. i have to inform you that the ATM machine which is there at salisbury park branch pune is OUT OF SERVICE from past three days that is from 01.09.2009 to 03.09.2009 and none of the improvements ive observed.. and this is the usual scene of every alternate weak.. so please deal with same cituation...!

i am from rajkot .my account is in rajkot branch .26 sep 2009 my credit was above 5000 yet charges ia cut 1200 rupees please return my account.dont chit with me.the officer of rajkot branch is not responsible

I inform you that 12/12/2009 i have withdrawl some of rupees 3700/- in HDFC ATM but transaction is not complite and showing time is over, second time i continue the transaction and withdrawl the rupees 3700/-. after that when i collect the mini statment showing two transaction and showing money also debited two times, actually i have debit money one time. So i request to you refund me the rupees 3700/-. I am very thankfull to you refund this money.Thanking You

when i insert my debet card in atm atm show me you have enterd wrong password i lounch the complient but no buddy take it seriousley
and no buddy i given to write answer i want new pin password of debetcard
from the opened my account i am not able to axis my account is this kind of service your providing to your customer if you not send me my pin so i will close your account

Axis Bank — worst customer care service
One of the worst customer care service I have faced here.. Whenever I want to call some customer care executive of axis bank, they never attend the call and by any chance if they do, they dont understand the seriousness of the problem and respond in a very careless way.. Dear Sir
Today morning 02.01.11 at 8.20am I had tried to withdraw Rs 13000/00 from my salary account through debit card at below mention ATM centre. This is I understood may be atm machine don’t have cash or atm malfunctioning.
But after some time may be 8.40am I received one SMS to my mobile No. [protected]. You are debited Rs 13000/00.
Balance Rs 1409.31. Only available. I am very disappointed after receiving this SMS. Please give me clarification and money to my account. And also below mention all my account details please arrange and give my money. Truly I am saying and feeling may be

But your bank employees Mr. Ajay Dogra & Mr HIMANSHU SAHNI harrass me, firstly they told me regarding signature miss match, when i sign new documents then they told wait for some time, then i went to branch manager Mr. Aman.he abuse me and told get, out side from the branch and tell the security guard to dont came this persone in the bank. In all this process one and half hour had been spend.
Then i told ur bank employees to withdrow the amout they told the bank timings is over. i have all the reciepts wid me wid timing.
Thats why u r requested to make any action against Ajay Dogra, Himanshu Sahni and branch manger Aman,
Due to not availability of draft i have to face the 5 lakhs loss.
