[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Credit Card cancellation

High Interests, High Payments, No proper customer response from the bank, indecent response.. cutting the call while inquiring, worst everywhere. only these are the salient features of Axis bank.

I would like to cancel my Axis Bank credit card, which i can't hold for any more. Here is my Axis Bank Credit Card Number...

Dear sir,

My card No[protected] was cancelled long back. e.2006, still i am getting statement demanding annual fees of Rs.1685.40 .

Please rectify your record and cancel immediately.

I want to know through you how i can go ahead and cancel the AXIS Credit card. Can I drop the card braking in the AXIS Bank ATM.

Axis Bank — WITHUOT GETTING THE CREDIT THEY ARE GIVING ME STATMENTS FOR USING THIS

WHEN I WAS WORKING IN ICICI LOMBARD GENERAL INSURENCE CO. I HAD APPLIED FOR THE AXIS BANKS CREDIT ON MAY 2007
BUT I LEFT MY JOB THEN I TOLD THER AGENT THAT I DONT WANT THAT CRTEDIT CARD BEFOR MY APPLICATION WAS SELECTED. BUT AFTER THAT SOME CREDIT CARD STATMENTS REACHED TO ME. I M VERY SHOCKED BY SEING THIS. AT THAT THEY ARE SENDING ME THE LEGAL NOTICES.BUT HAD GIVEN THEM IN WRITING THAT YOUR CARD WAS NOT REACHED TO ME, BUT ARE NOT READY TO RECIEVE THAT WRITTEN APPLICATION. PLEASE HELP ME TO GET OUT OF IT.BECOUSE IM A T.Y.B.COM STUDENT & THATS MY LAST YEAR.

Axis Gold Credit card — Non Delivery of Courier

Axis bank dispatch Golden Credit Card ****2778 thru this (Express It) courier( courier dispatched from Delhi on 29-Sep-08 AWB number : [protected]) some one called me on 1-Oct telling there is a courier. But I did not recieve it yet.

Axis Bank — Late fees

I've dropped the cheque in a ATM drop box( Sarsuna, kolkata) much within due date but after many days found the cheque has not been credited from my account & continuously sms alert is coming. Already they have charged late fees for non payment of bill. If this is the way to generate revenue then nothing to say. Pls take care if you can. I'm not going to continue this Bank's card anymore.

As i can't present my id proof while delivering the courier(credit card) by the courier persom my credit card got returned.My card no is [protected].Actually ur representative had not told me that i want to show my id proof if i want to receive the credit card and infact i had no id proof.What i want to say is that for the returned credit card monthly statement is comming.I had informed the customer service to cancel that credit card on that day itself when the courier person told me without presenting the id proof the credit card courier cannot be delivered. But no response from ur part.Every month the credit card statement only is comming.Without receiving the credit card i mean without even using my credit card why i have to pay this amt.So many time i had complainted abt this but invain.My request no: is 303673.Wt ur customer care representative told me is after one week i have to call him and i want to ask the present status by saying this request no.That also i did but they said after one week u can call them.Like this weeks and months going on but no reply.Pls do the needful for the cancellation of my credit card and stop sending this credit card statement.WITHOUT USING THE CREDIT WHY I HAVE TO PAY THIS AMT OF RS.1341.72/-?

already i send the cancellation mail lot of time. but no replay till now.and your people doing very poor service, unwanted interest for my purchasing small amount
so inform me soon my settle amount.
i asked your team members to the manager cont.no. but they regret my option.so it is an unbelivable.
I strongly agree on the above. Even i am facing the same problem. I am just fed up and i want to cancel my Axis Bank Credit card also. I called many times Customer care regarding my but no action.
Just cancelling teh credit card will not do. In fact it can become a bigger nightmare, like in my case. AXIS Bank credit card services are horrible. Their indifference and apathy is just a reminder of their incompetence and inefficiency. I have suffered considerably because of this bank. Please visit the site :

I am totally dissatisfied with AXIS Bank with regards to the service and the compliance that bank needs
to follow while imparting information to the customer.

The Gold Plus card of Axis bank([protected]) was offered stating as life time free card

But annual fee of Rs.5000 is billed and statements have been send across for the last four months
with the Service charges billed. There has been no response from the customer care division when
called for the same...or contacting the nearest branch in person for clarification..

So expecting for the reversal of the charges and as well as the annual fee billed with the card
cancelled.

I received my internet job service package from your side from last 4 months as well I start with help of you my CJ account but no proper response , some work given from you I was completed & send to you before 2 months back still payment not com, I request to help for Google adsense Account from your side asked Key words I given that , As per you commitment it should complete within 24 Hrs. But still 2 months Over I mnot getting response , I mailed lots of time, even called by telephonically but no response , now from last week I try telephonically no one attend the phone, Sir I alredy request by mail & verbally I& my family faced really some critical financial problem from 3 months but I am not getting any help from your side I alredy invest 1500/- for this service package & NO output really I am getting so frustation. This is not complaint by me i dont know who had complaint on my behalf
I am having axix bank a/c [protected] at Johrat. I made dd amounting to Rs. 4, 14, 991/- at Uthalsar Br. Thane (Mah.), Due to rain, DD got mutilated. On telephinc advice from the said, I wrote back on the back of the said DD that the DD may be cancelled with a request to deposit the proceeds in my a/c. . Now Uthalsar Br. is not cancelling the said and asking for revenue receipt and covering letter, which is not possible as I am transferred to Johrat and I am not able to go Uthsalsar, Thane
I request you kindly to intervene and direct the Uthalsar Br. Thane :
a) to cancel the said DD as per my request to cancell the DD ( the said DD would be presented by son to Uthalsar Br. wherein I had already written to cancell the said DD and deposit the proceed in my bank. account OR
b) issue the fresh Demand Draft.
I am working as Chief Manager (HR) is ONGC AT JOHRAT & having priority account in Jorhat Branch. .
Exhorbitant & hidden charges, No proper customer response from the bank, indecent response.. cutting the call while inquiring, worst everywhere there is no written form available at the branch for the cancellation of credit card except calling the customer care service, which is worst. We are losing faith due to such unfair practise followed by credit card department which is causing us harrasment. Due to such petty thefts the Goodwill of the bank is affected which is not good for the business of bank on long term basis.

I would like to cancel my Axis Bank credit card, which i can't hold for any more. Here is my Axis Bank Credit Card Number...
