[Resolved]  Axis Bank Credit Card — CREDIT CARD BILL

Sir / Madam,
iam Saravana kumar working in a BPO company . your men in chennai has requested me to apply for credit card.i have applied for Axis Bank Credit Card. BUT STILL NOW I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED ANY CARD .But iam receiving alert messages in my mobile stating " CREDIT CARD BILL IS OUTSTANDING BY 1685.40". Please note i have not received any card from your bank. please do the need full . my mobile number is [protected].

AXIS Credit Card — Bill problem

Dear sir my card no is "[protected]" i never ever used my this credit card ...n i am getting a bill of 1400 hundred .Either you cancel my bill amount or just cancell my card .Otherwise i tear your card and drop it to your Axis ATM.I already complaint it for 2-3 times.

Till date I have not received Credit Card and your band has been forwarded a massage for outstanding bill. What is this, I am totally confused. Pl clarify at the earliest otherwise I will lost my all faith on your bank.

I am Abdul, I got a call from ur executive for a lifetime FREE credit card with several benefits, i thought let me apply for it and submitted my documents and got the credit card after 6 months but the issue is that i have been charged for the credit card an amount of Rs.432. why should i pay when i was told it's a lifetime FREE credit card..? Immediately i called customer care, after trying for nearly 30 mins a customer care executive received the call, he gave me a Request No. and informed me a higher authority will get back to me within 7days but there is no response till now it's already 1month. 15days earlier i called up customer care again he gave me a another Req No. and he told its in HIGH PRIORITY now and for sure a higher executive will be get back to me but again nobody called me yet(already 10 days) and i got a message to pay an amount of Rs.730. Atlast i called a customer care again but nobody is receiving the call from past 1hour, I am so bugged up with this that i decided to complaint. I have HSBC, ICICI, SBI credit cards but never faced any such kind of problem. Its the worst customer service ever seen. why dont you think about customer satisfaction..? I have an account in AXIS BANK and I am totally satisfied but why dont you provide same kind of service for Credit card division. I hope atleast you read this and in response call me to speak regarding this issue or atleast mail me to my email id -- [protected]@yahoo.co.in

This complaint is about the horrendorous service by your Customer Service Cell.

This is to bring to your kind notice that the above card has been issued to me with an oral statement that its totally a free card without any annual fee or monthly fee or any one time charges in for form of rental etc...

Only after receiving the card, i came to know that i had been put up in dark with a cheating effort taken on me by your representatives to dump the card on me.

I came to know that this particular card which has been issued to me has an one time registration charges and annual fee.

This has been brought to the notice of your phone banking agents as well as floor managers several times for which my effort has gone totally vain. As per their advice i had paid the respective charges without any hesitation but the same has not been reversed by your bank as per the commitment and promise made by your officials and have not received any reply from your customer care department. If i insist a reply call from our phone banking officers, i will simply get a sarcastic reply that its an inbound call centre and they cannot make any outbound calls.

Being having a huge network in India, i did not expect such an untruthful service from your bank.

I would request your office to kindly reverse the same and get back to me within 24 hours failing which a legal complaint would be forwarded to RBI and the copy of the same would be scanned on HIndu, DC, Economic Times and all leading news papers.

Hope my effort of typing this letter would not go on vain and would expect a prompt action and reply from your office.

Hi this is suresh here am using this axis bank credit for the past one year but i haven't receive the single bill from or statement from them but am getting only message alert to my mobile only..... can u plz suggest me how to resolve this problem...

I all ready complant for 10 times regarding my Creadit card due payment, This due payment form not my side this is form Bajaj insurance and i cleared mentioned in form i dont want any insurance than also every month i got the message form AXIS bank. I complained regarding same than your phone banking officer told me that sir you dont worry you dont have to pay anything form your pocket we all ready cancelled than why i got the same message form your bank. kindly help me out form same matter this matter is going on form last 6 months.

hello sir my self Prem sagar videshi u have send me a axis bank credit card through blue dart courier on 8/7/10 but till 13/7/10 the credit card has not been deliver on my residesnce after giving many reminder to concern person of blue dart they are giving promises at it will b deliver today i hv recieved the message from bank about my credit
