[Resolved]  Axis Bank Credit Card — Card not received!

I have the credit card of Axis Bank, I want to know about my bill date and unbill amount details, but when i call up to the toll free no.[protected]/[protected] . no body is responding.

This message I got 4 times with different dates. But upto now I didn't get credit card. Please can you tell when I will get the credit card.

Dear Sir.
Receently, I had ordered for a credit card through one of your executives. However, it has been 3 months now and i am yet to receive the same. In fact, one of your counsellors from calcutta office, in order to confrim my address etc. called our office on a sunday. The chowkidar picked up the phone and told the foolish lady counsellor that anyone of my name is not known to him, and that was the end of my credit card, sheer wastage of time. where do you stand. Think.

i have a very big issue, that statement was wrongly
charged i complain very first month it self(complain
no was 83324). and second month also (complain no was
106883) and third month also (complain no was 126270)
finaly c.c.person told me pls ignore the we will give
new credit card then you drop the old card to atm drop
box but you people not done insect u debted on my
saving account (if i cheated you then you can debeted
from my saving account)then also i complain on 28th of
march that no was 215440 c. c. person told me with in
7 days problem will solve but still it was not solved

so please take action immediately and to it neet full

After completion of all enquiries from Axis bank i recieved my credit card application refrence no as 1779909 on 23rd Feb. 2009. but up to till date i couldn't recievied my credit card.Please look into the matter and do the needful.
