Axis Bank Credit Card — Poor Customer Care Response and very Responsible Persons

Hi Every One,

I m the One of the user of AXIS Bank Credit Card .i am recving the credit card statement after the due date. and i have called the customer care for the same they told it will be sloved in next bill cycle but it was not sloved for that i have paid rs 280 extra for the bill amount of rs 180 due to they failure. should we suffer for the thing they have made the mistake . so please help in this .

Yesterday night i was forgot my credit card in ATM At Charch gate Centet(Mumbai) .After few min. i remember that i was forgoted card in ATM .Then I was went to ATM for any enqury about that But i didn't get any Security gard out of ATM. I Spend half an houre out of ATM But no one was there ...


I Just Want to say that there is no security in Axis ATM..So ...?

i m having the gold credit card of Axis bank n called to the customer care at 17.53 P.M.on 6th of July 09 for the outstanding bill amount,
the customer care executive Mr.Prashan Patlekar asked the details of mine n i have given all ythe details except the last transaction amount because i m having so many cards so its not easy to remember n just because of this he (customer care executive) did not give me the outstanding bill amount.
So i request you to kindly look into this matter.

I am the One of the user of AXIS Bank Credit Card .i am reciving the credit card PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (PIN) FOR AXIS BANK CREDIT CARD Postal cover due date 26.11.09 afternoon 2.00 pm. At the time i remove the cover inside not pin number ( inside no printing pin number) so, plz resend new cover with pin number.

my axis bank credit card no -[protected] validity date has expire but new card i did not recived yet and also i changed my older address varification of new address is also done by your officer as ssoon as possible solve my problem and your coustomer care services is very poor
