[Resolved] Axis Bank Home Loan — Bank with no process/value to customer and licensed to cheat INDIANS

This is Vijay Kumar Garla from Bangalore. All this is startedd when I want to change my home loan from ABN AMRO to AXIS Bank. I felt ABN is charging more interest rate and decided to move to AXIS BANK for less interest rate. I was fallen to their cheap marketing trick. I have called-in the AXIS bank for processing my home loan and they have arranged an executive from the agency called PVMONEY. They started processing my home loan on June 15th 2008 and it is not comleted till today (i.e Aug 28th 2008). They have taken processing fee of 6250 rupees from my account with in a week from the date of processing. They never call-in and tell the status of the processing, infact if I call them they tell that some more documnets are required for further processing.
Today I called lady with name Shoba, asked about the reason for the delay. She is saying I am th reason for the delay. I have told to escalate to the next level, she said there are none and I've to tell to her only all things. After a big fight she gave one mailid (and not ready to give contact number), I really dont know who he is and what he can do about it.
My appartment is from reputed builder and it is BDA approved project and the loan I was asked is less than 30% of market value of the appartment. The EMI I am going to pay is less than 20% of my monthly income.
Hope you can imagine the AXIS bank operational excellence and service/value to the their customers. I have lost my mental peace, time and money because of this. It is clear case of cheating a customer by AXIS Bank.
