[Resolved]  Axis Bank iConnect — I cann't login to iConnect

I am Subbhalakshmi. I received AXIS Bank iConnect Internet banking passwords one month before. Two passwords are given, And please let me know what are those 2 passwords. Anyway I tried both but can't log in. My customer ID is [protected], Please send me a clear password again to my mail id.

I cannot login to internet banking. When i was enter my customer id and password then both are not accept it and message is come on my screen you are not a valid user .
please solve my problem as soon as possible

I am Ganji.Gopal I received AXIS Bank iConnect Internet banking passwords. Two passwords are given, but after long time while doing online trading I have forgot those 2 passwords which I have made as my own. I tried both but exceeded with the maximum login attempts. My customer ID is[protected], Please send me a clear & new password again to my mail id or email it to [protected]@yahoo.co.in

Dear All

I am working with Axis Bank Ltd. at Gurgaon branch, Haryana. I was just surfing the net and fortunately visited this site.

I've read a few complaints that you people have written. First thing first, this is not a Axis Bank Ltd. site so kindly do not mention your name and your account no.s as this can we used for frudalent activities.

Secondly, about I connect:

I connect is the name of net banking facility in Axis Bank. For availing this facility you have to give a I connect request form to the branch from where it will be processed and would be sent to central office i.e. mumbai.
It will take approximately 7 working days from mumbai to generate your I connect passwords. After generating the passwords or pins they'll be couriered to the respective branches from where the customers have to collect their pins / passwords.

YOUR CUST ID will be your USER ID* (cust id is mentioned in the welcome kit or you can ask the branch staff after giving your account no. details and your ID proof)

In your letter given to you there will be two passwords that would be there. One is for login into your account and second one would be to make transactions, which is required only when you'll transfer some fund to a different account.

IF YOU DONT USE YOU NET BANKING FOR MORE THEN 3 MONTHS IT MIGHT GET BLOCKED DUE TO SECURITY REASONS.


After login into your account through first password, it would ask you to change the passwords. You have to change both the passwords and kindly write it somewhere so that you dont forget them.

These passwords are case sensitive passwords.
