I am Subbhalakshmi. I received AXIS Bank iConnect Internet banking passwords one month before. Two passwords are given, And please let me know what are those 2 passwords. I cannot change my Logon as well as Txn passwords.every time its give me error "Invalid credentials".so i cannot process further for my transaction.
please send me new credentials for it..

Axis Bank — unable to access e-banking
I am holding Axis Bank SB account no [protected] at your C.R.Park branch. I had applied for e-banking Net Secure option through which I could access my account. Everytime I logged on, I had to de register from the computer and a new pin no was sent by SMS to my mobile phone which I had to feed in to access my account . Off late , for the past 3 months whenever I log on , after putting in my pass word the dial up box opens and asks for the pin no. Since no single pin was provided to me, I repeat the same procedure but no sms is sent to me. I have complained to the bank branch quite often but the problem is yet to be rectified. You are therefore requested to kindly take action on this matter so that I can have an access to my account on-line. Sir,
