[Resolved]  Axis Bank — credit card

I applied for a credit card 3 months ago . Till now the documents has not been processed . The credit card employees are least interested in making a call to let me know what went wrong .
Moreover the bank has deducted Rs4000 consolidation charges inspite of my maintenance of minimum balance.Moreover , the page which shows charge details is not opening since last 2 weeks .
I am tired of the pathetic service this bank provides and now i have decided to end all my association with this bank .

My salary account in axis bank.i call many time in customer care But he give me requist no. and 10 days time. This is continuse last 6 month.
I am irritated with the service given by Axis Bank Credit Card divn.
1] I never received my monthly statement in time.thats why i am confused regarding how is outstanding amount ? How much i have to pay ?

2 ] False commitments made at the time of selling product, regarding Credit Limit .

3 ] My credit limit is for Rs.24, 000/- & I have purchased for less than my credit limit but the bank has debited interest in crossed my credit limit. then Banks are charging overlimit fees + Interest. What is this when my actual purchasing is below of my credit limit.How can they debit to my account towards overlimit fees as well as interest on that.?


Is there any body to solve my problem. I am irritated with the services & charges levied on customer like me middle class.

When i opened a new saving account in AXIS bank, a credit card was issued without even my consent and when I called the customer care and requested to cancel the Credit card issued, they told me to call back again in 2 -3 days. Due to some reason I couldnt make to call them again and after few days I received a message that I need to Pay Rs 280 as the Credit card joining fee.


Requesting AXIS Bank to PLEASE cancel my credit card and all the bills related to this credit card.

This is to draw you kind attention towards the issue I am facing with AXIS
Credit Card.


I have Settled this card as I was not aware of the implications of
settlement.


In recent time I have learnt the same and would like to pay off the waiver
given to me during settlement and close the card permanently.


I approached AXIS related to the same, where I wanted to pay off the waiver
given to me during settlement to close this account around INR 25, 000.


However they are charging me(INR 1, 27, 000) incorrect due charges even though I have
settled the account.


I am unable to understand why AXIS is charging me this much amount even
though the waiver amount during settlement was very low than what is being
charged and there has been no explanation from their end .


Thus, I would request you to kindly look into the matter and help me with
resolution on the issue highlighted.

My name is Prateek and I have a problem with Axis bank credit card department.
I lost job and got bankrupt this year and was not having money to pay my dues of credit card.
I requested my bank to make a settlement and I agreed to pay the whole amount but suddenly they freezed my account, credit card blocked. This month I got a job and I deposited my salary cheque in my Axis bank Account and they deducted the whole amount without my authorisation. I called them and requested to deduct only the minimum payment or if they are deducting the whole payment then i should get credit back to my credit card but they refused. I don't have a single penny now.. What should I do..????
Dont take any credit card or even do not think to open any account with this bank. They will charge different charges to eat your hard earned money. go to nationalised bank to get best service.

I have take home loan from axis bank but i never apply for credit card. I was never informed about credit card but by using details form home loan papers bank has issued credit card. Hi,

I received one phone call on last from Mylapore Axis bank for Credit card. They request to submit Document for new card, i dispatched my personal document along with photo. As per Blue dart courier their handed over the document but i asked with bank person she told we haven't received, after one week she called and told that the document received by Office boy but it cant able to Trace will check and revert but still not i m not getting any proper response from that lady.

Also i applied in ONLINE for credit card its rejected without any reason.

Note - I am using Axis bank for more then 04 years for salaried account as m using as personal too.

Request to check on this and if document found please use it for Credit card submission, thanks.
i have a account in axis bank last 2 1/2 years.recently i taken credit card last 4 months back . i don't received credit card statement /mobile alerts last 2 months. i contact sanjeeva reddy nagar branch several times in phone,
the people said credit handling people are not came in today please contact tommorrow, same answer in several times.
i losed in 2 months nearly Rs.300/- above for like interest . please look after this issue, other wise please cancel the my credit card .this is for your information.
