[Resolved]  Axis Bank Personal Loans — Fraudulent, worst and delayed service

I applied for a personal loan in axis bank, the person from koramangala, bangalore branch assured the processing of application in 2 or 3 days but after taking 7 days and asking me a lot of documents subsequently, they informed my application is been denied.

Basing on their promise I committed to my father giving the money and finally we lost credit at our native place.

Bloody fools don't have any concern about the credibility of the customers.? Because they shouldn't commit the customer first to issue loan. I don't know whether we have any chance to take action against them for assuring a loan and not non-issuance of loan by making a lot of calls to my parents, neighbours and me when I am in the office busy.

I am very much disappionted.

Dear Concern

I have applied for Personla Loan on March-20-2009, but still i did not get the loan Approved.

Why this poor services for the Coustomers ?
Why the Excutives are committing like we can get the loan approved in 3 working days ?
If i am not able to get my Loan before April 3rd, pls cancel my loan i can go for other banks .

Dear Concerned Customers,

im a private company employee in Bangalore, recently my company has arranged help desk for getting details & applying for personal loans from local Axis Bank. im interested to take loan from the bank, so i met one of the Executive from Axis bank (Koramangala branch) at my Office, he requested me to provide documents like 2 months salary statement, Permanent proof of Adress, PAN copy, Present Address proof & 2 passport size photos, i have given all these copies & i signed on the Bank application also,

Later he promised me that he will start processing of my application, will get loan with in 7 working days,
till now he didnt start process, & the worst thing is he is hiding himself from the customer (myself).
i really getting irritated with this kind of fraudulent nature of executives & poor services, non reliable people recruited by the Axis Bank authorities,
i was in a crunch situation for money when i applied for loan, and finally such a hopeless result i got from the AXIS Bank, this shows the commitment of the private banks for their customers, when they completely belief the bank services, really one thing let me tell u for this Bank officials truly responsible for giving proper justification to the customers, AXIS BANK truly deserve bad tag for this kind of experiences from the dedicated customers,

so this is my worst ever experience i faced till the date, regarding any Bank service related to financial matters. SO FRIENDS BEWARE OF SUCH FRAUDULENT SERVICES OFFERED BY PRIVATE BANKS TODAY. THIS IS THE BEST EXAMPLE FOR WHO APPLIES FOR LOAN.
