Myself Mangashetti Suman worked for Axis Sales and Securities Limited, Vijayanagar branch, Bangalore.

I resigned from my job on medical grounds after serving notice period for one month. At the time of resigning I was informed from HR that I will be receiving my Full and Final Settlement amount in 45 days.

Almost 115 days have elapsed and I have not received my Full and Final Settlement amount even after calling HR regularly for the same.

I am really sorry for the wrong information posted on 29th Feb 2012. I have received my F&F on 24th feb 2012, but not received my incentives yet.

My self Mohit Verna worked for Axis Sales and SecUrities Limited, Moradabad branch, UP

I resigned from my job.only one month i worked there and after resigned i informed to hr she reply that Ur salary cheque has been dispatched but till date i have not found any salary cheque ...now no response there side ... If tomorrow there was no answer so I will resort to legal coUrts.

so please help me
