[Resolved] B.M.C. — Unauthorised Building on B.M.C Primary School Plot - 1276
We would like to inform you that in Prabhadevi, Hatiskar Marg, Next to Himgiri Apts, Mumbai - 400 025. There is Huge Land which belongs to B.M.C. "Final Plot # 1276". the Plot is reserved for Primary School. The B.M.C is the Owner of the Plot.
The area of the Plot is Admeasuring Nearly about 1200 SQ. METER. APPROX Few years back the plot was completely vacant but now it is a completely Unauthorised Commercial Ground plus one Floor Structure.
In these 2-3 weeks time suddenly the Height of the Unauthorised Structure is touching nearly about 3rd Floor of the neighbouring building "(Himgiri Apts, Saurabhya Soc & Nilsagar Society)". Surprisingly the B.M.C Officials knowing this has not taken any legal actions against the person who has Encroached the plot. Where we understand from the sources that the person who has encroached the plot is earning Monthly RS. 15-16 Lakhs from the same Plot which belongs to B.M.C.
Before Monsoon in addition to the whole structure there is a Big Temporary shed has been put up. But the Same Temporary Shed is now slowly becoming the Permament Structure. And construction happens only on Saturday's & Sunday's when B.M.C office is close. And B.M.C. is very much aware of this matter and they avoid visiting the construction site.
It has become the obstruction to all the Three neighbouring Buildings. Every Six Months the Height of the Structure keeps on Increasing. But till Today B.M.C. Has never demolished even a small portion of the structure.
Many People are not aware about the PLOT # 1276. Which is reserved for Primary School and B.M.C. is the owner of the Plot. So It's a request to Please Highlight the issue ASAP. And Hopefully the B.M.C would take back their Plot. We all Three Building Society will be really happy to Help B.M.C. if they want any kind of Support from Our Locality.
