[Resolved] Baby Cell — false promises | |||
I registered with Babycell before 3 months of my delivery date. They promised me that wherever you going to deliver our collection person will be there at time. I informed them to before 1 and half hour before the delivery but the collection guy was unable to be there. I missed to collect my baby's worth thing. The delivery was in Ahmedabad only still they were not able to be at time so bad services. Please Help me in this case Was this information helpful? | |||

hi, , but in my case they were very much supportive...at the time of my baby's birth they reached on time and that was in night at 3:00 AM. so i can say because of some reason this might have occur...
am not agree of this type of complaints.why becoz they reached in time at time of collection.they are very much supportive.
they stored successfully my sons stemcells. at the time of delivery they waited for 42hours in hospital.bcoz its a normal delivery. i got cryopreservation certificate also.
good serivices.keep it up baby cell.

I, hired Babycell sevices and my wife's delivery was postponed by 24 hours, still they waited for 24 hours and before waiting they had reached the hospital at 5 am in the morning that too in remote area like Uran (Raigad), I appritiate their service and nw they are proving collection CD to doctor so that in case their person doesn't reach, doctor can do the collection in the kit already provided to client and that awesome.

Reecord, is one of the worst company. and i was by mistake selected that. they promised me about my baby's cord blood storage but aat the time of collection no one turned up & when doctor collected the cord blood they discarded it saying it was found contaminated...

my experience with this organisation was very BAD.At the time of the enrollment every thing was perfectly fine but soon after no buddy came for collection. i lost gift to my Baby's and shud not recommend ny buddy to go with BABYCELL. i rejected others options like LIFECELL, Cryobanks. please do not go with Korean company brand BABYCELL. they all are fake and live with fake commitments.

Hey i have stored my baby' stem cells with Reecord. Honestly Speaking i extremely liked their speed of service in terms of collection, processing and cell number counts...
Its has many USPs which are far more better and better than other companies of which i had seen the presentation...
M satisfied with their post sales services also which is more productive with me atleat...
m providing a mail id i[censored] want to hav a presentation wid him...[protected]@reelabs.com..
he is the one who was in continuous contact with me starting from the presentation, enrollment and he was even present with the nurse during the collection of blood in the hospital and he is still in contact with me and meets me oftenly asking about the satisfaction.
Reelabs(reecord) is better option. they also have reecure - involved in treatment...

I hate their services...they never reached on time during delivery ... and the guy who came to collect four hours later was shouting at me...they have inexperienced nurses whom they call "medical practitioners" who come to collect blood...Please do not register with them...Baby Cell is pathetic...
i also hired baby cell services, their paramedic reached on time and he stayed until the delivery i m impressed by their services and their additional offers

I had done internship in Marketing research company about Ethinicity of stem cell banking companies.I realised that some companies are giving fake committment, I won't like to disclose their names, but i find 1 stem cell banking company which is absoulutely research driven, lab located at lonavala .I will say ki this is real biotech company into health care sector.Please go ahead with the lonavala based RMS @babycell absoulutely specular service.

don't trust this bank. I am personally facing many problems as after sales there is no service. They are only money takers. Sales team commits to give more than 500 million steam cell count for preservation but actually they store 150 million cells. This are sufficient for 10 year old child, after that stored cells are very less for treatment. Really worst bank and i am in well now.

In one word I can tell one thing about baby cell is "worst service" and "they are not fit for any thing"
